Overview

The Division of Medical Genetics at New York Medical College is seeking a clinical research coordinator to work with our team on multiple clinical trials. The ideal candidate has 2 years of clinical trial, but we are willing to train the right candidate. The coordinator will be working on Investigational drug studies and will complete prospective and retrospective data entry for all studies.

Responsibilities

  • Review and analysis of clinical trial protocols and informed consent forms
  • Assist Principal Investigator in study start up process
  • Coordinate budget review and IRB review with other departments
  • Submission of regulatory documents and communication with IRB
  • Data entry, management of queries, and managing supply of investigational study drug.
  • Invoicing for study procedures to sponsor and submission of patient travel and meal receipts
  • Supply management and medical product orders
  • Packing and shipping of clinical laboratory specimens
  • Maintain source documents in accordance with FDA and GCP guidelines
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Some college, preferably in a Health Science field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
  • 0-2 years of clinical trial experience, preferred

Minimum Salary

USD $20.00/Hr.

Maximum Salary

USD $25.00/Hr.
