The position is for an hourly student employee to assist others in the department of international advisement in office tasks including organization of files, scanning documents to create digital files of key, mostly immigration, documents and overall office organization and record keeping. The person will also assist with the development of resource materials from a student/scholar perspective, revive the International Student Forum for peer advising on pre-departure and arrival orientation and local issues relevant to successful adjustment to NYMC and the Westchester area.
(A) Education requirement: Bachelors degree
(B) Licenses or certifications:
(C) Technical/computer skills: Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Programs such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
(D) Prior experience: Experience working with international students/scholars preferred or experience with study abroad.
