Reporting to the Manager of Simulation Technologies, the Simulation Operations Associate is a position vital to maintaining the quality of clinical skills and simulation programs occurring during and after normal business hours. This role will provide hands-on support for medical simulation activities, including operating high-fidelity manikins, assisting with the video capture/data collection of clinical skills assessments, aiding with the setup/facilitation of computer-based examinations, and acting as the point person for inventory management involving manikins, task trainers, and medical supplies. The simulation and technical coordinator will also be required to assist with various administrative tasks related to technical activities of the Clinical Skills and Simulation Center and the Office of Undergraduate Medical Education/Educational Technology as needed. Superior customer service skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of organizational personnel, staff/faculty, and students are paramount.

Education requirement: Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience required.
Licenses or certifications: BLS instructor, simulation certification, and Laerdal LEEAP proficient; preferred, not required.
